FEBRUARY 1, 2010-APRIL 15, 2010 $690 PER NIGHT

APRIL 16, 2010-JUNE 20, 2010 $550 PER NIGHT

JUNE 21, 2010-AUGUST 20, 2010 $690 PER NIGHT

AUGUST 21, 2010-NOVEMBER 19, 2010 $550 PER NIGHT

NOVEMBER 20, 2010-NOVEMBER 28, 2010 $625 PER NIGHT

NOVEMBER 29, 2010-DECEMBER 5, 2010 $500 PER NIGHT

BOOKING POLICIES

A deposit of $1000 is due within 7 days of booking.  Full payment plus a $500 damage-excess cleaning deposit is due 60 days prior to the first day of occupancy.  Payment can be by personal check, money order or wire transfer.  We do not accept credit cards. The damage-excess cleaning deposit is fully refundable if no damage or excess cleaning is required.  This refund will be mailed within 7 days after inspection by our housekeeping crew. We strongly encourage people to purchase travel or trip interuption insurance which is available on the web at insureyourtrip.com, other web sites or your travel agent.

REFUND POLICY

Full refund is given if cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to the first day of occupancy.  For cancellations received within 60 days of the first day of occupancy, refunds will be determined by our ability to rebook the dates less a cancellation fee of $250 and less any travel agent commissions paid.
